"Cygwin JE" is some supplimental packages for original Cygwin. Mainly, we produced packages that to enhance Japanese environment, but some of them, that aren't yet available with the official net release, are useful for non-Japanese user. Cygwin JE is hosted by SourceForge JP.
To install Cygwin JE binary packages, add
http://cygwin-je.sourceforge.jp/cywin_je/to your server list. Some of source packages are also available from the project page. Note that to use Cygwin JE you need latest Cygwin(maybe after 1.5.10).Cygwin JE is absolutely no warranty.
